DIY Exfoliating Spring Foot Scrub

Diy spring foot scrub - Life With Cass

Spring has sprung in Tennessee! The flowers are blooming and the sandals are coming out. I’ll be honest, I wore sandals the other day and my feet looked pretty sad- they had been cooped up in boots all winter and were in need of some TLC!

Inspired by the beautiful and blooming springtime, I made this super easy foot scrub to slough away that dead winter skin (so gross). The sugar and oatmeal gently exfoliate your feet and the oil leaves them soft and moisturized. After a long winter it’s so important to shed that layer of dead skin!

This beautiful scrub is so simple to make, smells amazing, and leaves your feet exfoliated and ready for spring!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar (brown or white)
  • 1/4 cup of oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil or coconut oil
  • 20 drops of your choice of essential oil(s)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried lavender (optional)

I chose to use a mix of lavender oil and Ameo’s “determination” blend. It created such a beautiful and fresh scent. The dried lavender also added to the lovely lavender fragrance.

Making this scrub couldn’t be simpler; just mix all your ingredients together and store in an air tight container.

The texture of this foot scrub is amazing because it exfoliates so well while still being very gentle and moisturizing. The oatmeal really helps to soften and moisturize.

You could even use this scrub to exfoliate your legs before you shave and have super smooth and soft legs!

I hope you get a chance to try out this easy foot scrub and let your feet shine in those sandals! My feet are much happier for sure. 🙂

Is it sandal weather yet where you are?? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Husband had the flu inections for 2 yrs running was sick after each one.I have never had the flu vaccine, and he now refuses to have them .At 83 why inflict uneccessary pain and disruption….leave us oldies alone.Remember let food be your medicine and medicine be your food…….he does not like having Celery and lettuce and other green goodies but its better than the alternative of doctors visits and drugs, on top of drugs.

  2. So specifically….well hers one… pick a local hotel… search for it by name… or by location (specific location not city) Every ‘ad’ that appears that is the actual hotel…and not the likes of Expedia or hotels.com will be operating at 3% conversion. The hotels own ad for a name search probably 7% to 10%…All of those will be good ads.And if you find a hotel who aren’t presenting ads for their own name you found a hotel losing 30% of their bookings! you won’t though..

  3. In 2012 lawsuits were filed against police departments by police officers and drug-dog trainers that alleged some police dog trainers have secretly trained their dogs on cue to give a false drug alert so that police can circumvent getting a warrant to search vehicles; that drug dog trainers were sharing in assets forfeited that resulted from their drug dogs searching vehicles. If police will fabricate evidence to search Citizens’ vehicles, dishonest police may plant drugs to seize property.
